Cops and Robbers in Ancient China.
The first part of the game is to choose a Position.Either 3 for 'Cops' or 2,1 for 'Robbers'.
Notice that if youre not a cop youre a robber.Which Implies the stakes are higher if you choose 3 (Cops) as your two opponents are turned against you.If you choose 2 or 1 (Robber positions) you will win the round if either 2 or 1 wins.
Once you know who you are, the objective of the game is very simple-Be the first to run out of cards. Keep in mind the card ranking system
Colored Joker Black & White Joker 2 Ace King Queen Jack 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3.
The game is played thus , the first player is choosen randomly and the others follow 'suit'.
The hands dealt, you need to make suites of any one of the following three categories
Compare only the same Category. A player can only beat the prior suit using of the same Category.
Compare only the Chains with the same length.for example 9-10-J-Q-K and 3-4-5-6-7-8-9 are Single Chains, but 9-10-J-Q-K cannot beat 3-4-5-6-7-8-9, nor vice versa.
Compare the rank in the Primal cards only.
Note that in Du Diz Hu Jokers and 2 are inconsecutive cards. Colored Joker, B&W Joker, and 2 cannot be used in any of the Primal cards of the Chains since they are not traditionally considered as the consecutive cards sequentially next to the Ace.
Other Examples of unacceptable suites are: 2-3-4-5-6, 2-2-2-3-3-3 w/ A-A-7-7, K-A-2 B&W Joker Colored Joker.
You may ask, if Positions 2 and 1 are both robbers then why the difference? Although a player may pass their turn to bid or try to outbid the prior player, one has to bear in mind an important rule: If you did not take the position 3 in the first place then you cant outbid 3.Similarly 1 can be outbid by 2 or 3; 2 can only be outbid by 3; and 3 cannot be outbid.
Sounds complicated? Not to worry in this version of the game there is an 'idea' bulb that helps you while you play. So simply choose your suite and press the deal button on the left, pass with the center button or press the idea bulb and get the gameengine to play on your behalf.
